Eating healthy is all fun and games until you reach that hour after dinner and your cravings for a cookie (or five) are sky rocketing! So why not keep your streak going with some yummy healthier deserts!?
Now you’re probably thinking, “UGH, why would I spend time baking tasteless desserts when I could just run to the store and grab some Ben & Jerry’s or Oreo’s?” Well I promise you won’t regret making these sweet treats! Yes I said sweet because they’re tasteful and will fulfill that pesky craving that comes every night around 8PM.
PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP OATMEAL BARS
What you’ll need:

- One egg
- One cup rolled old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or sub almond butter)
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Whole wheat flour, white

2 tbsp Coconut oil
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line an 8×8 sheet with foil. Now, the fun part! Mix the peanut butter, coconut sugar, honey, egg, coconut oil, and vanilla until its all mixed together.
Add the oats, wheat flour, salt, and baking soda until fully combined. Last but not least, add in that chocolate! Spread your batter in the oiled or foiled pan and bake for 15-20 minutes!
GREEK YOGURT CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
What you’ll need:
- 1 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
First, pour the milk in a saucepan and put it on low heat. Once its warmed up, add your chocolate and stir until its melted together. Once melted, remove the pan and let it sit for about 3-5 minutes. Now add honey, vanilla, greek yogurt, and mix (until no lumps). Lastly, pour the mix into bowls and let chill for 2 hours. Enjoy!
FLOURLESS BANANA BREAD
What you’ll need:

3 ripe Bananas
- 2 cups Rolled oats – old fashioned
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
Before you begin preheat you oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×5 loaf pan with non-stick spray! First, combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Now, pour into the pan! EASY. Bake for 20-25 minutes and let cool.
FLOURLESS BROWNIES
What you’ll need:
- 3 overripe Bananas
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (or almond/any nut butter)
- 2 tbsp or up to 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder (the more the richer)
- 1 or 2 scoops of Protein Powder
Oven should be preheated to 350 degrees and a pan should be greased. In a microwave safe bowl (or on the stove) melt your butter. In a blender, combine the banana, cocoa powder, protein powder, and butter until completely smooth. Now pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 20 minutes (or until fully cooked). Cool and EAT!
