What’s so wrong with being a master of your domain? We were taught to keep it hush hush. Masturbation is totally not inappropriate and not a misdeed. Get over it! Celebrating your body by loving on your vagina can relieve tension. It’s science. Forgoing your sexual urges is less human than getting in touch with your vulva. (Pun intended) So, let’s talk about sex (with yourself) baby!

 

MASTURBATION IS HEALTHY FOR YOU, IT’S SCIENCE.

No one is home, it was a hard day at work, and you’re getting that “special feeling.” Fuel that urge, grab that favorite toy (or hand) and release those endorphins. That’s right, touching yourself and climaxing releases endorphins and relieves tension after a long stressful day. Wine is plenty fine to unwind, but orgasm is better, babe.

Let’s bring the mood up a bit. Masturbation can increase the blood flow in your body. More studies say that women who masturbate are less susceptible to heart disease than those who don’t masturbate. So, do it for your heart. 💖

 

IT’S ANTI-AGING

Us ladies aren’t going to be young forever now, are we? Aging is happening, whether we like it or not. Touching yourself can help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles that often weaken with age. Let’s turn those boring kegels into something a little more exciting. Need I say more?
