When you think of Ariana Grande what words come to mind? Beautiful, sexy, tiny, girly? But, what about fighter.

After the Manchester catastrophe on May 22 where hearts were broken, the world was devestated and concert experiences were ruined for so many. Some of us wondered: what’s next for Ariana Grande? Would she ever sing again? Or would she bounce back faster than you could say “one love?”
The answer was HELL YEAH she would sing again! Grande made the decision to stand tall and fight back against the horrors that are trying to bring the world down.
On June 4th Ariana made her first appearance back on stage since the tragedy to honor the victims and their families with a “One Love Manchester” concert. Not only did she perform again but she performed in Manchester, where it all happened. She wasn’t going to let anything take her away from her loving her fans, or stop her from showing them her love.
Grande’s love helped many of the Manchester community (as well as the rest of the world that was watching) find their strength and taught them how to use that strength to capitalize on fear. Scooter Braun, Grande’s manager, spoke to the crowd that night. He wanted to make sure every one of them knew they were brave for facing the world after the devastation that had occurred there. Grande gave her own thanks to her fans for being “strong and unified.” But she has herself to thank.
Without the courage she showed by holding the One Love Manchester concert, many would have continued living in fear; too scared to attend a concert or another crowded event. Becky Jones was on of these fans in attendance at the May 22 concert and on Sunday she spoke of the emotional strength the concert helped her gain back, stating that concert are what she loves, so nothing was going to hold her back.
Another defiant “One Love Manchester” attendee, Tyron Webster, said he and his friends made the decision to come to the concert on Sunday because they were not going to ler one persons cowardly act ruin our life. They planned to “have an amazing time, enjoy life, and sings at the top of their voices.”
So, Ariana Grande, thank you for seeing the best in the world and showing how strong individuals can be. Needless to say you are one bad b*tch.
