Boutique cafés are so hot right now, and a really cost-effective way to spend a few hours catching up. Some of my personal faves if you happen to be in London are Bloomsbury Coffee House, Piacha, Fazenda, and Cocomaya.
INDULGE YOUR SWEET TOOTH
If you’ve recently decided to diet because bikini season is quickly approaching (although we’d argue every body is a beach body), you may have some calories to spare and an extra craving for something sweet! I’m kidding. Sort of. Hit up a dessert joint for some quality time with a side of waffles, ice cream or cake!
Plot out a long walk through town, and end at a cafe. You’ll feel like you’ve earned your meal and caught up at the same time, and get to round it all off with a delicious meal!
WORK IT OUT
A Saturday morning HIIT session is a great regular catch up, and having a friend come along increases your accountability to leave your cosy bed. Two birds with one stone!
It’s always refreshing to try new things, and these activities get me way more pumped than another night of boozing in a crowded bar. Not only is keeping it sober good for your health, it might even benefit your bank account, too!
