I have been SO OVER The Bachelor for a while (hence my lack of re-caps these past few weeks). But now that the season is finally over we can all reflect and move on. If you didn’t see last night’s Final Rose, there are spoilers ahead, obviously:
In last night’s 3-hour finale we found out that Nick is terrible about making life decisions (duh) and that he and Vanessa are almost definitely NOT in love. We need a body language expert to analyze last night’s interview STAT because I’m pretty sure they just straight-up hate each other.

It’s not like any of us actually believe true love (whatever that means) could really be found on a show like The Bachelor, it’s just disappointing that these two people are so obviously miserable together. Can’t we at least have a fake fairytale ending to tie us over until the The Bachelorette?
Speaking of the The Bachelorette, probably the only redeeming thing that happened during that waste of three hours was the much-anticipated, promised “dramatic event” we had been waiting for all night. They brought out America’s sweetheart Rachel Lindsay and a few of her eventual suitors. The attempt at distraction was noted, and I mean, I guess I’m still sort of excited to watch her search for love. Rachel’s the type of girl I just can’t help but root for! Even if I’d really like to remain indifferent, who am I kidding? We all know I’ll be watching, wine and popcorn in hand, when her season begins.
Anyone else still kinda over it? Tell me your thoughts in the comments!
