An age old soup cleanse that existed even before cleanses were a diet fad, is the Cabbage Soup Diet. My grandmother used to do it and this was my introduction to a soup cleanse. You make a big batch of this vegetable soup, but you add other specifics each day. The trick is you have to follow the diet to a T.
