VINA-MOONS ✈️ THAT WON’T BREAK THE BANK

Ladies, honeymoons are not just for the newlyweds! As it starts cooling down outside the inevitable plague of cabin fever is approaching. And with that comes a burning wanderlust that at times will seem financially impossible to achieve, but it’s really not. This time of the year is the best for planning your next spring trip, so grab your vinas and start taking notes.

THE FOR OUTDOORSY VINAS

Ironically, Iceland is the hottest spot for young adults right now. With flights and often entire travel packages coming in at less than $700 for an entire trip, what is stopping you and your vina from taking the trip of a lifetime to see one of the happiest countries? Plus explore volcanoes, glaciers, waterfalls and of course the famous Blue Lagoon.

FOR THE ROADTRIPPERS

Sometimes the best trips are spontaneous and that leaves no time for reservations or long flights. Instead, load up the car and pick a destination. The Outbound Collective is a great resource for local adventures. I suggest taking a look at what your nearest national park has to offer, like Sky Pond in Rocky Mountain National Park, or even better here’s a list of music festivals you can journey to this Spring.

FOR THE FOODIES

Whether you’re into BBQ or seafood, there is absolutely nothing wrong with planning a trip around food. In fact, I flew into Portland, OR for a mere 16 hours just to get Voodoo Doughnuts. Or there’s tons food fests happening all over this coming Spring that you can check out!

STAYCATION, ANYONE?

How could I not address the perfectly acceptable getaway of not physically getting away, but definitely letting responsibility go? Sometimes the best thing you can do is find a great AirBnB in nearby neighborhood with a fabulous bathtub or a working hot tub for a great, relaxing weekend. Bring some bath bombs, champagne, some speakers, and your vinas. You’re good to go (or stay)!

Where will you and your friends be vacationing this Spring? Tell us in the comments!
