VINA EATS: SMOOTHIES WITH FITNESS FRIENDS

One of the many ways you can use Hey! VINA is to meet fitness-focused friends for fun and healthy activities. Whether you get together to hike, bike, walk, or jog, a great way to cap off the date is to whip up smoothies for two in the kitchen. We turned to our vinas at BasilHealth for tasty (and healthy) smoothie recipes that they enjoy with friends post-workout. All of the recipes below are packed with healing whole foods like basil, berries and flax with no added sugars.

These smoothie recipes are a great way to treat yourselves after a workout without feeling like you are undoing the labor of love from your workout. All of the recipes below serve two, but you can easily double them for a vina post-workout party.
